I am getting this error when trying to use the key. I live in the United States, and the steam store page says I can buy the game. Depending on where you bought the key it might have limited it's usage to where you bought it from (Location wise).

It's been a week so I have to mark as not received according to the steps listed in help.
I give permission to delete this giveaway; if you want to do that so it doesn't keep the negative feedback.
Since the key wasn't technically used re-making the giveaway, and locking the global setting to your region should work. I'm assuming this key was bought on Humblebundle. They've been doing that where the keys get locked to the region it was bought from if it's revealed instead of given away using the email link feature. I have seen comments mention that the keys should list the regions they can be activated although I have never done it before so I sadly can't give any instructions beyond that.
