Funny how many people have added this to their wishlist since it's been bundled(me included).
My favorite thing? Hmm... I love cartoons, and now specifically anime. My favorite being Mushoku Tensei. It has some rather risque plot points, but they just season the characters and make them more realistic, without pushing hard on the "fan service" like other series.

My favourite anime is "Clannad" "Trinity seven" and "Your lie in April"
From isekai I liked parody of isekai: KonoSuba (mostly for gags and characters) LN is my: "THE BEST BOOK I READ!"

I really enjoyed MT's LN. It was the first i'd read, and now i'm hooked.
TsukiMichi was a lot of fun, and so was Death March (cant wait for the next volume).
Just finished 24 volumes of In Another World with my Smartphone, and now i have a better idea of when to drop a series. But i pushed my way to finish the last 14 volumes, just to see if it got any better... it didnt.
I too rather enjoyed A Couple if Cuckoo's and Spy x Family. Although due to all the hype, i was really expecting to like Spy x Family.
I'm a fan of Ascendance of a Bookworm, so i've been mainly aching to see each new episode. While i'm also a fan of Shield Hero, reading the manga beforehand has kinda ruined this arc for me.
Watched the isekai "The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs" this morning, and liked it more than I expected. Also "I'm Quitting Heroing" is goofy fun. The Dawn of the Witch is another fun fantasy that i'm enjoying as well. Gonna take a stab at a few others too at some point, but prefer to marathon anime most of the time.
Looking forward to the next season of Konosuba coming out this year too.
