There are many, but Dungeon Defenders takes a cake. I've played it way more then any others. The mix of traditional tower defense with first/third person rpg action is something hard to beat. TY for this giveaway.

Dungeon Defenders is a great one I have enjoyed how all the classes play differently

Defense Grid, Plants vs Zombies if you count that as tower defense ^^

I like Dungeon Defenders because of the different classes and also Sanctum because of the great TD/FPS mix!
