Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen. How is everyone doing? Well I hope. This is my second giveaway. The first one can be found here: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/Mt6tk/fahrenheit-indigo-prophecy-remastered . I only make giveaways that everyone can enter. The more the merrier, right? Anyway, I am trying to learn how to program. Do you guys know any good sites/resources for a newbie. I am mostly looking for VHDL, Assembly, C, and Java. Thank you for your help and enjoy the giveaway.

I'm afraid I can't offer any good resources, but I can say this: I've learned most of what I know by scrutinizing existing code and looking up anything I didn't understand. It's probably far from the best way...

Sadly, I do not. I learned the very basics at school and just continued on, on my own. When I have no idea on how to do something, I either check the appropriate API (i.e. Java API, Android API, etc.) or otherwise look up the problem online (someone's bound to have come across the same/similar issue) - Stack Overflow is a good source for this kind of searching. I'm not really a fan of learning programming through books, so yeah, this is my approach.
You could also try to find tutorials on YouTube, some people are into that.
