is this game locked? I never heard anything about it. :O
japan, got coupon for it (which I forgot to use :( ) but it was before, games that should be locked for japan I was able to activate, so who knows :D
oh yeah. Bandai, konami and other japanese publishers don't like people from asia activating keys, apparently.
o.o that makes no sense them being japanese companies :<
make sense kinda - steam in japan is marginal, they prefer to sell the games on consoles for bigger margin
