if i'm right, when you redeem portal bundle and you have a paid version of portal 1 (i.e. not the complimentary one), you get one extra copy of portal 1 in the inventory. if that is true, i can't really see any problem in redeeming the bundle and than submitting the extra copy of portal 1 to the community ;)

The rules say that you can not enter if you already own a game. That means having Portal 1 would disqualify you for this giveaway.
