Cake day is the day you registered onto Steamgifts or any other forum like reddit. Here on SG, when someone has their cake day/anniversary of their registration. There is a small icon of a Cake right next to their username. If you participate often in the Discussions, you will find such users ocassionally. Some of them even celebrate that with some posts with Giveaways.
So in your case, your next cake day would be on August 7, 2024 !
