Wow, I actually thought the Flash's power was simply speed, but reading up on it, it would count as time control, teleportation, and electrical powers. Here's someone that explained it:
Run on water (because he moves so fast that he doesn't break through the tension barrier).
Vibrate so quickly that he can pass through solid objects like walls by passing between the space between atoms.
Run fast enough that he can break the space/time barrier to travel to other times and dimensions.
Use the "speed force" to throw lightning bolts.
*Run around a villain (or fire) quickly enough to suck up all the oxygen and render the bad-guy unconscious or put out the fire.
