I had a special bond with a cat I called Shadow when I was younger. He'd always go for walks with me and my mom. He'd walk ahead of us, and if he got a certain distance away he'd turn around to wait for us to catch up.

Wow, Thanks :)! And about my atory, I had a baby dog who used to sit down with me outside to listen to music. It was really nice. Too bad we found him on the street and a week later the owner finally reached us and we had to give him up, but that used to be nice ^^

Long story short, my current cat , my baby Jacob is a third generation. We took care of his mother who was our stray <3 and even before that.. we took care of his mothers mother.. so his grandma.. <3 he looks like both his grandmother and mother that im even more happy hes with me and hes even m profile pic~<3

Thanks, and maybe this is close. I love fish but am terrible at keeping them alive.

While I've had a few over the years, one I still miss was Cat (I suck at names, even my current cat is Cat). She had me so well trained that if I heard her meow while sleeping, I'd get up to let her in or out, and even grab a ladder to fetch her off the roof a few times.

Unfortunately, she was hit by some hoon who thought it great fun to go speeding down our street hitting some animals. Didn't survive that. :(

Once I had a dog, a pinscher, named Puppy (I called him Mr. P). Not very creative, I know, but I was just a kid. He was this super protector friend, courageous, brave, strong. He grew up with me and I always talked to him when I was feeling down. I used to sit next to him on the stairs and say a lot of stuff, about my life and things like that. So, when he died, at an old age, I felt really terrible. But even today I still remember and love him. One of my ways of doing this is calling a pet in a game or a canine character Mr. Puppy. =D

my special bond was with my panda bear hamster named lilly when i was in gr.8. she was my first ever pet i would always play with her feed her treats and just watch her while she ran around with food in her mouth it was the cutest thing ever. but then she got cancer and had to gave surgery done so she could live she had a tube in her and i would cry because she was surffering and was gaining weight then on a snow day when i got up i went to go see her and i thought she was sleeping and i petted her but she was cold and my mom told me she had past away. lilly was my only pet as a kid and i still havent had a pet since. and i dont wanna type anymore cause its to sad thanks

I had a pet turtle once, as a kid. It died and I cried all day.

Yep, I had a special bond with a dog, called Oui (it's like yes in French - it's because he was a poodle).
I took care of him since he was a puppy and I had to take him, after 10 or 12 long years, to be sacrificed. His last days of life was very difficult because he had a lot of deseases. I'm glad his suffering ended, but I miss him a lot.

I was 16 that time. Can't forget him.
