Hm, it has no play value seeing how it's only listed as "Art Book, "Deluxe Avatar & Icon for the Paradox Interactive forums", "Wallpapers" and "Digital Soundtrack"... This made my first insting to say no, but then again, if you liked a game enough to want that stuff I guess that's okay. 👍
