you will have to delete this one and make a new one, i think you need to just mention the reason for deleting for the support when you delete it, one of the reason you have there is wrong GA if i remember correctly ^_^
What MRLW said, you could get more "contributor's value" towards you leveling up if it is the collection. You would have to delete this giveaway and say ( the reason for deleting it) because it is the collection one, then make a new giveaway as the collection version. :)

Nope, never heard back from them. I simply marked the gift as "not received" and then forgot all about it. How long ago did you win your giveaway?
Edit: I see that the giveaway you won was also from one month ago, same as mine. My guess is that the user who created these giveaways abandoned steamgifts around that time, possibly after realizing that they couldn't give away games that have already been redeemed to their own Steam account. It seems that the best thing to do is to mark the game as "not received" so that they are unable to create any more fake giveaways in the future. :/
