can you please re-roll the winner? my steam account's region is not turkey and I entered this giveaway by accident since I forgot to message steamgifts' support to inform them in order to change my account's region.

You still have not opened that support ticket to get your region changed. According to the site's rules your Steamgifts region has to match that of your Steam region. This leads to multiple issues not only to giveaway creators like penguinus but also to the site itself by causing unnecessary workload.
Please open a Change Region support ticket as soon as possible.
