Okay, so they encourage me to pirate the uncut version...... alright then.

The international version cannot be sold in Germany because of Germany's laws restricting video games, not tv or film, from using Nazi symbols. Also, the game's audio was changed to call the Nazis "the Regime" instead.

That may be part of it, but alot of shooters have german versions, their laws require all violent games like this to be censored and take out alot of the gore.
