Yes, at 50+ hours played, 100% achievements complete and only failing at Hard difficulty because I still make too many dumbass mistakes, I feel I'm allowed to make such bold statements.
Hard difficulty is obviously Public Giveaways. The "dumbass mistakes" Nana is referring to is probably related to posting giveaways at lower levels, or to posting up DLCs.
I don't know about the tutorial, but we don't need one. After all, back in my day, we didn't have a tutorial- we got thrown into the deep end, and we did just fine. I mean, other than the surprise suspensions..

In a few weeks when I have my new PC put together, this is going to be the first game I play.
I only regret that I know so little about National Parks and the states you are planning to visit that I could offer no real advice. However, I hope you will have an amazing time on your adventure.
