I'm sorry, I thought that giveaway was still running. I'm going to delete my comment and you may want to delete yours, but that's up to you. I think the winner may be able to activate it, so lets see. If they can't you would need to submit a ticket for a deletion as long as the winner agrees. When it comes to region locks we can't reroll to a new winner. Hopefully there will be no issues.
