Your project looks cool, but I already play TF2 regularly so I don't qualify for the requirements.
Your project may be criticized though for not doing it in a more controlled environment. You should observe each subject directly, not through Internet, because they could be lying, drinking energy drinks, etc. You have to be in control of all the factors.
Also, if you tell the test subjects what are being tested for, that could affect the result of the experiment. They could, for example, believe unconsciously that your hypothesis will be true (i.e. that playing FPS gives you better reflexes), and take more effort in the final test than the first one.
