You may want to delete this giveaway and create a new one with the correct region restrictions in place.

Do not wait it out and ask for a reroll if the winner can't activate, the staff prefer not to do this as the rerolled winner may be in the same boat and can't activate, so it creates a loop, hence why they don't do it.
