I don't understand. How do you "delete" a giveaway that has already ended if someone later tells you that one of your keys doesn't work?

So do you have to be the one to send the "Delete Giveaway" support ticket to Steamgifts or does the winner have to do that?
Also, can the winner still have the option to mark the giveaway as "Not Received" even after the giveaway does get deleted or no?

Only the creator can delete the giveaway and you can mark the game as Not Received if you didn't get the key.
