If you really hope to don't win, why not remove your entry? I mean I wouldn't be mad, if you win the DLCs, but in this special situation your hope is in your own hands. Once you have the chance, you might use your power to decide if hope becomes reality ;)

Well, I actually want the DLC and the OP said it's okay to enter..
Do I feel bad if I win a DLC versus someone winning a new game? Yes. But I leave it to fate and trust that the odds are against me.
