Thanks for letting me know there was an issue with the DLC, where you can enter even if you already own it.
I looked at the Help section and it doesn't say what to do in this case. Do you know if there's anything I can do to fix this?

It's a pretty common issue with DLC. Only thing to do really is check the winner and see if they already have it.

On the percentage of games this happens with, the only think I know to do is to look at the winner's Steam Games library and see if they have the game or dlc they've won. If they own it, it was "one of those games". You just don't send them the key and go through the reroll process. Other than that, you have to trust they didn't share the key when (if) they inform you the key wasn't activated.
