No i bought the copy from my usual Trusted place , i buy it from there in case i cant Gift/Buy from within the steam store itself.
and its just a brand new copy (i was referring to the retail shop BTW)

There are a lot of Websites on the Internet which sell Portal 2 Keys and even activate it for you because the RUS Version can only be activated through an Russian IP. Thought you just grabbed a cheap copy from the other side of the world.
