Thats not how this works. If the winner would be an as... not a nice person, he has not to agree to delete the giveaway (I would, though ^^).
It is usually better to give these away in groups where the people are known to be nice or whitelist.
Usually it works, because the majority of people is nice, but there are exeptions ;->

Hope you win. Up until now, I have never failed to provide a working key. The key is freshly revealed, but you never know with bundle sites lately.
And after all, it's not like those SG points have any real value. You get them for free.
