Hmm, I'm gonna say malt vinegar.. Vinegar is delicious and improves a wide variety of foods from greasy fried foods to salads. It's a core ingredient of things like salad dressing, ketchup, mustard, etc.

Not a bad choice.

BBQ sauce, definitely. Specifically, Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar sauce. All of their sauces that I've tried are great, but this one I could put on almost anything and be glad I did so. Smokey, sweet, just a touch of spice. It's very complex, lots of different aspects to appreciate.

BBQ sauce is a must for sure. If I could only have one I think I would choose Ranch but BBQ sauce would be tough to live without for sure.

I might sound like a copycat, but BBQ sauce is also very high on my list. On the other hand there is also Sriracha. And one should also not forget hot mustard, wasabi and horse radish. Tough choice.

I have a whole Garden full of Horse Radish that's all yours if you want it lol.. The previous owners planted it and we can't get it to go away lol. BBQ sauce is surely up on my list too but I think I'd choose ranch as the one I keep. I love it on salads, pizza and its good on many things.. But BBQ sauce works with many things as well, it's tough to choose.

Here in Germany I never heared of Ranch sauce. Would you please be so kind to elaborate on this condiment ? What it's used for ? What are the ingredients ? And what does it taste like ? Anyway, it sounds delicious and if this is the one you can't let go, I bet it is, too.
BTW: I never considered malt vinegar a condiment. More like a flavouring and pickling agent. I do love my self made pickled sushi ginger.

I learned something new today, I wasn't aware Ranch was uncommon outside of the US and Canada until you told me and I looked it up. Ranch Dressing is typically used in Salads. But it's also good many other vegetables, like carrots, celery, broccoli. It's also awesome on Pizza.. but to describe the taste is difficult. It’s going to taste a lot like the combination of its ingredients. It’s a white diary based dressing, butter milk, sour cream, that kind of thing. It’s full of flavorings such as pepper, dill, garlic, chives, etc.... It's like a thinner version of mayonnaise if you were to spice it up. I

Does sugar counts as a condiment? :P Kinda not sure haha :D
If so, sugar would be the best because it gives both energy and happiness! What would this world be without a sugar right?
Such a Super Duper Cookie Ninja Monster like me wouldn't survive without sugar as well because Cookies and Cakes need sugar and these are the best things in this world :D
