Unfortunately I had, I broke my left arm tendon while I was training. The result? Six months without doing any physical effort and now I have a huge scar that looks like I love heroin :(
PS: thanks for the ga!

Fortunately, no.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed when I was in eigth grade. That was.... very not fun.

I had my wisdom teeth removed a bit over a year ago. The aftermath was far worse than the surgery itself; my diet consisted of soup, scrambled eggs, and bananas for about a week...
It was worth it, though. Before I got them removed, my wisdom teeth had grown out to the point where eating anything at all was painful.

I was in a coma once. For 7 days. Reasons unknown.

Wisdom teeth like everyone else, although mine healed up remarkably fast. (Possibly because I chugged green tea non-stop during the first few days when I was only allowed to drink clear fluids.) I was out and about with my friends within a few days.
I also had surgery last summer to pull a rather large tumour from my boob. The surgery went great, now I've just got to decide on a convincing story for the scar. I'm thinking baby alligator bite, but it's a work in progress.

wisdom teeth here too, they took forever to heal up though and it was grody :(((

Does getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anesthesia count as surgery? xD

thankfully not.

Several times, I'll list them chronologically: (I might've forgotten one, but I doubt it)
Lip needed stitching, after getting my tooth though it, from falling.
Eye needed stetching (yes, my eye), after accidentally cutting it with my pocket knife (long story, and yes, I have a scar in my eye).
Getting stitches out of eye again.
Stitches on face and arm, went through the window in the front door.
Turbinate reduction, look it up (there are many ways, but I had the one under full anesthesia, where they use electrical current)
Wisdom teeth, all 3 pulled, but I can barely consider that surgery compared to the other ones.

Nope! (luckily)

I have had 3 surgeries. 1 on the knee (torn ligaments and meniscus) and 2 lung surgeries (pneumothorax).

Almost. But luckily, I was completely cured by hospitalization. It was acute tonsillitis.

Fortunately, no. I'd like to keep it that way hopefully.

Yes. When I was 5 years old I was in a bike accident. Which involved me bombing a hill without brakes (didn't know it didn't have) and running into a fence. It pierced my penis in a few places and I had difficulty urinating. So they put me under and stitched it up and I had a urine catheter for about 6 months.
