Not entirely certain what you mean there but anyone who owns the base game will be able to successfully redeem and play this. The rules don't forbid users who own the base game from entering but they do allow you to request a new winner if they do own the game but not the expansion.

I hate to ask, but seeing as ETS2 has been free, the expansion is the more valuable part of this, can we enter for the DLC?
