My standard CHALLENGE: I will whitelist anyone who has made (public, unrestricted) giveaways at all of levels 0 thru 10.
Why do I think it's important to reward people who do giveaways across all levels? Because leveling up is a reward for doing giveaways, but that only means something if there's a variety of giveaways to enter at all levels. I reward people who reward that spirit.

And you're off to a good start. Note that all your giveaways so far are at level 0. Throw in a little variety with the level slider for future GAs, perhaps. You'll probably find that higher level users are not only generous but also appreciative. Welcome to the site. I still feel like a n00b myself :)
