He was a synthesizer pioneer. E.V.A. has also been sampled multiple times. Reading his wikipedia page, his song "Baroque Hoedown" was the main theme for Disney's Main Street Electrical Parade.
And just the fact that E.V.A. was released in 1970!!!!!
How fitting that you linked music from A Bird Story. :) Kan Gao is a great composer and both of their games have a beautiful soundtrack. When it comes to game music, my favourite songs are probably from The Sims. (another great cover)
