Deval May Cry looks really prmissing, but I prefer to start with the first game for the whole story.
It might be a bit difficult to do that with all the old DMC games

Maybe Metal Gear Rising or Marlow briggs. Also the devil may cry story chronologically starts with Devil may cry 3 then Dmc1, then Dmc4 and last is Dmc2. The 2013 DMC is a separate story I believe

you could get a ps4 if you don't already have one and then get Bloodborne :D I'm not sure I could recommend you any PC games as I only really play visual novels and old RPG games; sometimes horror stuff on PC which I'm guessing from what you said you've played probably aren't your cup of tea xD
