Just learning more/getting interested about football (silly US doesn't care :/), so I don't have an idea. Do the smaller countries like Andorra or Luxembourg have a team?
Sure they have, almost every country has one. As for the smaller teams, Luxembourg for instance has a couple of professional players, the rest have normal jobs (like waitress etc.).
The US team is holding up pretty nice in the Copa America right now in theire own country. And they played also pretty nice at the World Cup 2014. BTT: SCHLAAAAAND! (germany)
