I tried to activate it but it said I need the base game, which I already have. I assumed this is because the game changed name from EARTHLOCK: Festival of Magic to just "EARTHLOCK". Anyway, if you can't activate it either I will delete the giveaway. Thanks :)
These outfits are included in "Earthlock" (the current version) for free. In "Earthlock: Festival Of Magic" (the old version) you had to buy them separately. This DLC is for the old version.
They are two separate games, and it's possible to have both in your account, although they stopped selling the old version.
This should be good for anyone who owns the old version.

Link to the game page shows I do not own it. There is no base game shown on the dlc page though. I wonder if it would activate for those that own Earthlock: Festival of Magic which is the removed game. I own both games, Earthlock and Earthlock: Festival of Magic.
