Hello Elrine.

You can't add any extra rules to the giveaway. In this case automatic agreement to delete giveaway if user enters and key turns out to be invalid.

You can of course ask if winner is fine with giveaway deletion. But they still need to give you their permission, for support to proceed this kind of ticket.
