Yes, this game is rare because it is involved with the liquidation of THQ's properties. The bad news is that you cannot even start the game or download it at this time. So, here is to hoping that the software developers get the game back from THQ as a publisher and can keep the game on steam - so that this giveaway is actually worth something and is playable.

A month or so ago I got it to function for offline or possibly LAN by blocking the right hosts.
If anyones interested I can post a script I wrote to solve this very problem.
