This doesn't relate to this at all. It's a package. As long as all the items in the package are activated, you're all good. It's just that the creator has the option to say that they don't want people entering if they have one of the items in the package (or more)
Sure. That's fine with me if you already have 1 or 2 of them... It would be your loss though, seeing as how the bundle would be discounted for you on Steam because you already own some of the games.

I have it on GOG.com so I won't enter in a giveaway for steam but these were the BEST Fallout games ever. New Fallout games look weak.
