I usually check the winners for unactivated games and multiple wins and a recent win of yours (Mountain Trap: Manor of Memories) shows up as not yet activated. The game does not show on your account yet so you may have forgotten to activate it. Let me know when you have and I will release the key, thanks.

Hey, yeah i know, this game will haunt me forever. Thing is i did activated the game but the key was for another game that had MANOR in the name. I realized that when i already marked as received so i cant do much about it, i tried contacting support but never got back from them.

Damn...you are stuck. I guess you tried unticking received? That would remove the issue. It might be too late though.
Could try getting the gifter to delete that particular giveaway, thereby removing the problem.
One last suggestion...not great but it will work. Buy the Mountain Trap game yourself (wait until it is on special). Once the game is on your account that will fix this problem.
Hard way to learn to activate the game first before ticking received :(
