Hey, that is strange, sorry for the inconvenience :( I got the key from the Yogcast The Jingle Jam 2021 bundle. I checked their FAQ and here's what they say :

First, check to make you are redeeming them correctly (see above for redemption processes).
Second, note and screenshot the particular error you are receiving.
Third, send these details to support@tiltify.com.
These details will be shared with the Jingle Jam team, and they will respond within 7 business days.

If you want, you can send me a screenshot of the error you received and I can send en email to inquire about the issue and hopefully get a working key. I hope they will respond quickly and not in 7 days.

Thanks, I sent the mail ! You know what, in the meantime, I suggest that I add you trough Steam and gift you the game from Steam itself. I'll have a spare key if they answer me / give me a key back but at least you'll have your win :) If that's all right for you, can you add me on Steam ?
