We have "user projects" category in the forum where you could show off your work. You wouldn't be able to ask for subscriptions though, it's only allowed in the giveaways.

You can't ask people to subscribe, say there are giveaways on yt, or that people who subscribe will be invited to giveaway group.
Think of it like if you'd handcraft a gaming desk and want to show it to people. You will not tell people to subscribe to your desk or that people who like your desk will get a link to giveaway.
