ok , this was a bit confusing , from what i read on the forums , they removed the collectors edition and it's upgrade from steam after they released the new dlc and the complete story bundle , the collector's edition upgrade now gives you only the artwork and soundtracks (from what i understood ) , sorry if this was confusing , i can cancel the giveaway and start a new one , the only problem is there doesn't seem to be an option for the collector's edition upgrade on steamgifts , only the collector's edition

i think so , it used to be called the collector's edition , that was before they released the dlc,i bought the 4 pack at that time and still received the new dlc when it was released , so this should work for you too.

just checked on the forums , doesn't seem that way , read the description for the explanation
