You should give the Guidelines a little reading. Here is what is stated on the Winnings section of it: "Won gifts should be activated to the Steam account used during registration, and they should not be regifted, traded, or sold."

Looking on your profile, it is stated that you've won this game last week, but haven't activated it on your account. Doing that can have your account permanently damaged and/or suspended.

If I was you, I would click on the 'Delete Giveaway' on the left side and follow trough it for the deletion.
