As far as I can tell, Lara Croft has absolutely no connection to Harlesden whatsoever. She is a native of London, but the closest her backstory gets is Wimbledon, which isn't on the Bakerloo lne.
I'm sure she's at least walked along the street at some point. Totally legit.
