have this one, good one!
point and click with simple graphics and shallow theme might not be my thing :)

I mean, the "simple graphics" serve an aesthetic purpose. To be honest, any complaint i'd have would be with the mechanics.

well if I do not like mechanics but story/graphics is to my liking (or other way around) I can live with it, but if everything is off, than, well...
no point in click :P

I really like Enslaved (I just started playing it yesterady and I can't wait to continue). Rest of games I played so far - ABC Murders, Between Night and Me, Cross of the Dutchman and Dark Eye - had their moments, but overall I was not overly impressed.

Yeah, fair enough. I remember not being too happy with how between night and me turned out. Also that's cool! Enslaved seems like a pretty good time, so i'm glad you're enjoying it.

Daerphen (my challenger) picked out some really good games for me. I loved Grim Fandango Remastered and The Wolf Among Us!
Honestly, they were so good that I ended up finishing them before the first week of September lol.
I already have The Flame in the Flood, but thank you for your donation :)

Np. Also what did you enjoy the most about Grim Fandango? I really want to give that one a play.

The trading cards, of course! This articles explains it pretty well, but probably contains minor spoilers: https://www.wired.com/2015/01/grim-fandango-remastered/
I liked the characters, the music and the general feel of the game; the dialogue and gameplay is on point. As the game progresses it feels more rushed and the puzzles are sometimes very hard to solve without a walkthrough, but its strengths outweigh the flaws by far.
It's an adventure game from an older era, so don't expect it to hold your hand like the newer games from Telltale. Some of them are very tricky and "out-of-the-box", some of them require trial and error. They are usually quite satisfying to solve, but it can get somewhat frustrating.

I see. Also I hardly would ever consider modern day telltale games "puzzles" a puzzle. Lol.

I played this game and really enjoyed it. It's totally worth being played.

I have been enjoying my sgwins this month and, for now, the best one was Ultra Street Fighter IV.

I'm jealous, lol. I want to play that game. What are some of the other sg games you've been playing?

This month I also played:
Next up: Chroma Squad
Hope you are enjoying your plays also :)

ahyyy, nice. I wonder when i'm going to get around to chroma squad. Also yeah, my wins were pretty good. Would definitely recommend Lara Croft: Temple of Light. Relatively short game, but a blast to play through.
