Hello! As Ryoga86 mentioned above, I still can enter the giveaway despite already owning full Game of the Year Edition.
Unfortunately, if you'll look at my profile, you'll see only the base game (Fallout 4) and Contraptions Workshop DLC in my list of owned games.
So to be sure that the winner with the base game have less then 6 of 6 DLCs, you will need:
1) manually check owned DLCs (see this).
2) ask support to check for owned DLCs.
Obviously skipping on this, according to the description :P I hope one day I'll enjoy FO4, PC currently not enough for it. And I'm not sure what to think of it, yet.
I've got about 400 hours in this game. One of my favourite games ever. I won't be entering of course, as I already own the GOTY. I just wanted to let the winner know they are in for a treat! :)
