"It's a price glitch/scam that only happens during Steam sales making the base game cost 159,99€ (100P is the cap on Steamgifts). In reality the base price is 19,99€ (not 17,99€, but that might just be different regions). Yeah, it's related to the game being in a bundle for > $100, and SteamGifts is picking up that price instead of the actual game's price.
