Level 5 New Years' Love!!!!
Ok So welcome to my give away!!! Feel free to stop reading at this point and just enjoy the chance at a free game!!!
For anyone else who continues to read I thought I would share a little of my story. 2 years ago I was in the worst shape of my life. Overweight, out of shape.
12 years out of college, and work and life and kids and time and excuses had all caught up with me and I was now 50 pounds overweight. Previously a very athletic person this
was difficult for me to cope with. So I decided to make a change. My wife had set a New year's resolution the year before to get back into shape and had asked for T25 a
work out program by the Team Beachbody people (the same who do the p90x and insanity workout routines). It was hard work for her, and it definitely required some dedication
sacrifices on her part, but I watched her transform her body back to the same girl I had married 10 years before.
So I decided that it was my turn. I started on the T25 and I could quickly see just how out of shape I was (those first couple days were bad, I didn't come close to
finishing the 25 minutes); Due to the extra weight I had put on I was having to do the modified routine designed to have less impact, but even with
the modification I wasn't doing but I stuck with it. After about a week I was getting to the point that I could make it through the full 25 min routine, though still doing it
with the modifications. Slowly as I stuck with it I was having to modify less and less, and my body was slowly returning to its former shape.
Also while doing the routine I noticed their advertisements for their shakeology program. I only have a small amount of time during the week for lunch and so a quick healthy
option for a meal replacement which contained several of the supplements that I was paying out for really appealed to me. It wasn't cheap, but when I realized it wasn't
any more expensive than the fast food I was eating before during my short lunch periods, I figured I would give it a try. I mixed it with some almond milk and blended it
with ice and it wasn't bad at all. It isn't an ice cream milk shake, but really is pretty tasty considering what a lot of other diet products taste like. And most
importantly, it helped control my appetite in between my breakfast and making it home for dinner.
Now of the 2 of these, I have to admit I am a lot more consistant with my shakeology usage than I am sticking to a specific workout routine as I have a tendency to want to
mix in some of my old workouts, but with the 2 of these I have been able to shed the extra weight and get back to the best shape I have been in since high school or early
college. And I have maintained it with little fluctuation over the past 2 years. I know there are lots of products out there, and honestly, a lot of them work if you
are dedicated and work at it. But I enjoyed my experience and the products Team Beachbody offered, that I became a coach (kinda, this note is by far the most time I
have put into marketing this) so I could help point others who noticed my change in a healthy direction.
So, seeing as how it is time for New years resolutions, I thought that I would share my story, and a link to my coach page should anyone else be interested. If not, no big
deal. There is absolutely no pressure, but here is the address if anyone is interested:
