Yeah wait, as others said (I'm no expert on this matter) there are no steam keys for GTA V, only steam gifts.
Also don't accept any offers in exchange for the "received" feedback, as you should know if you mark a gift as received you are required by the rules to have it activated on your account. If you fail to do so you will get a temporary suspension (for first time offenders at least).
GMG or any other reseller outside Steam only sells GTA V with Rockstar DRM.
To get it with Steam DRM you need to buy it on Steam. (which can only be gifted as "gift", not as cd-key in any case.

No, GMG & every other retailer sells rockstar keys. The only way to get GTA V on steam is by buying it off, well, steam.
