Maybe set next time a minimum level for public GA's, that hold at least the worst rule breakers, autojoiners, bots and extremst leechers outside + save you time and work with the winners that have bad entries at sgtools.info . I hope you know from that site and check your winners there. If you need help or have questions contact me and i try to help.

To be clear: Not all level 0 users are such ones but very much of them i would say 90%
