It says "Saints Row IV (Europe)" So I guess it's region locked... Humble couldn't tell me this before buying??
But there is no "Europe" Region selectable when creating new GA... sorry.
if I'm doing this wrong, please let me know and I'll correct it

I found no data about an "Europe regional lock" on SteamDB
