I used torrent version and "import installed game" button in wargamer launcher.

I think its not allowed to talk about torrents on forum xD

install wargame launcher, log-in. Close it (kill process in task manager). Install TW Arena from torrent, open wargame launcher, click "import installed games" button. Open TW Arena game and after 1 mins tutorial u will find "important news" button in-game menu (right corner)
