It's better that you don't send the link but the key instead. HB doesn't like to share the gift links, they could block you account as a reseller.

But getting the key and not redeeming it on my account, would that not lead to the same problem.
No, they're allergic to gifts only, gifts they can track, they can't/don't track the key ;)
