You can send giftlinks same as keys, SG supports them.

It's not a key-gift, but a gift-gift: it starts with "?gift" instead of with "gift?key," if that makes sense. Only the "gift?key" is recognised by Steamgifts.

I tried it when I created the giveaway :)

When creating giveaway select the key type giveaway and under key list copy-paste the gift link.
