The base game was given free by Golden Joystick Awards for voting some 6 years ago. Thousands of people own it free but without DLC. DLC costs almost same price as base game so people should be allowed to enter for DLCs.

Less than bit 6 years back almost. Free steam key for registering in 2014 Awards for voting. GMG was vendor for giving away the game free.
